Don House
Chairman of the BoardDon has been with VersionOne from the beginning as the initial outside investor and advisor to Robert Holler and the cofounders.
Since 1988, Don has been an active private investor and business consultant for a number of early-stage technology companies. Prior to becoming an investor, he had a nineteen-year career with Management Science America, Inc., the software industry pioneer, where he retired as Executive Vice President. Later, after serving as President of Prentice Hall Professional software, he was a co-founder of Clarus Corporation serving as its President and later as Chairman. He has been on the boards of Harbinger Corporation, XcelleNet, Inc., eShare, Inc. and Carreker Corporation. All of which went public during his tenure.
Don currently is Co-Chairman of the board of Liaison Technologies, Inc. and is on the board of Afterbot, Inc. and public company Black Diamond, Inc.. He was inducted into the Technology Hall of Fame of Georgia in October 2000. Don holds Bachelor's and Master's of Science degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Scott Maxwell
DirectorScott has been a Venture Capitalist since 2000, first as a senior Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners, and then as the founder of OpenView Venture Partners. Before founding OpenView, Scott joined Insight Venture Partners as the Chief Operating Officer. At Insight, Scott led the effort to institutionalize the investment process, outbound program, value-add program, and finance, legal and administration departments.
Prior to becoming a Venture Capitalist, Scott was a Partner at Putnam Investments, where he was Managing Director, Corporate Development and ran Putnam’s alternative asset management program. Prior to Putnam, he was Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, where he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Global Equity Division and a member of the Global Equities Executive Committee. Before Lehman, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused primarily on financial institutions.
Scott graduated from M.I.T. with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management. He also has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Robert Holler
Director
President and CEORobert has more than 20 years of enterprise software experience. For the last 15 years, he has served as CEO, CTO, and VP of Development for several early-stage commercial ERP, HR/Payroll, CRM, and ALM software firms. Robert's career in the software industry has touched almost all aspects of the business - programmer, consultant, tester, technical writer, DBA, development director and senior executive with technology organizations such as Andersen Consulting, Ockham Technologies, Tango Networks, Clarus Corporation, and VersionOne. His early experiences with and enthusiasm for Agile software development led to the launch of Atlanta-headquartered VersionOne in 2002. A frequent speaker at industry conferences and corporate functions on Agile development, Robert’s writings have been presented in a variety of industry publications.

Ian Culling
Chief Technology OfficerIan brings more than 20 years of broad information technology experience to the CTO role at VersionOne and he lends tremendous expertise to his areas of responsibility, including software product management, design & development and enterprise information technology. He has significant practical experience with the introduction, scaling and adaptive execution of agile methods, having initially implemented strict XP with a single team in 2000. Since that time, Ian has progressed to lead and coach both small and large organizations in their transition to agile methods. Prior to joining VersionOne, Ian led the adoption of agile methods at Alogent Corporation as VP, Development, leveraging aspects of Scrum for scaling across multiple teams and products. This, combined with select XP developer practices and approach for planning & tracking, resulted in a Scrum-wrapped XP implementation, now a fairly common model within the agile community today.

Richard Fuller
Vice President, SalesRichard leads VersionOne’s global sales organization, encompassing enterprise sales, corporate sales, product specialists and sales development. Richard joined VersionOne in September of 2007 has been instrumental in the continued expansion and evolution of the sales organization. Richard brings over 25 years of engineering, technology sales and executive management experience to his roles at VersionOne. Previously he served as Vice President of Sales for CA’s enterprise inside sales group, which he grew from less than 10 team members to more than 200. Prior to joining CA, he spent five years with TenFold in various roles including Senior Vice President and CTO. Richard began his career in applications development at MSA, and then held various sales and sales management positions at high tech companies, including Oracle and ParcPlace. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.

Denise Grey
Vice President, MarketingDenise, Vice President of Marketing for VersionOne, brings many successful years in the roles of CMO and VP of Marketing as well as sales and business development leadership positions for high-tech, high-growth companies. Her prior experience includes nearly 14 years with AT&T, where she launched the $3 billion business Internet product portfolio; Interland, where she crafted and led the execution of the strategic marketing plan targeting the emerging $12 billion Online Business Services market; and software vendor Verso Technologies, where she developed and executed the go-to-market strategy for entrance into the $4 billion VoIP and content filtering software markets. In addition to her work for VersionOne, Denise is a founding member of Atlanta’s Chief Marketing Officer Roundtable.

David Funderburke
Vice President, OperationsDavid joined VersionOne in February 2008, putting his strong track record in planning and building robust technology-focused organizations to use. His ability to achieve positive results in top line revenues, bottom line profits, and efficient business operations is vital to the VP of Operations role. David’s breadth of executive experience includes CFO, COO, President and Vice President positions at various software development, technology consulting, and professional services firms, including Arthur Andersen, Clarus Corp, SBC Systems, and Trammell Crow Company.

Paul Culling
Vice President, AlliancesPaul brings 18 years of experience in the development and marketing of both packaged and service-based offerings and has significantly contributed to a number of successful high-growth technology and consumer-facing companies. His diverse experience has included management consulting with a focus on business and market plan development for web application and ecommerce and the co-founding and leadership of Radiant Communications, a national business internet infrastructure company. Paul developed his creative and insightful approach to leadership through various other roles focused on industries ranging from action sports to video game development to pure technology companies. At VersionOne, Paul serves as the head of VersionOne's Alliances group, overseeing business development through channels including coaching/consulting and symbiotic technology. He previously spent four years as Director of Marketing for VersionOne, serving as a spokesperson to the agile community and spearheading several successful initiatives including the Agile Chronicles newsletter, the State of Agile Development Survey and AgilePalooza. Paul has been on the board of directors of the Agile Alliance since August 2008 and is heavily involved in the agile community.
