Agile Processes, Are They Killing Our Children?

A funny post by Kevin Barnes on his Code Craft blog. Injecting humor is always welcome and the post is worth the read. Learn about coding in circles, how bad Agilists must be at making process diagrams, safety through incompetence and how the title actually means nothing about the post.

Lean New Year's Resolution

A good little bullet list of New Year's Resolutions from 'Lean Insider' at Productivity Press. Adapt as needed.

  • I will keep an open mind and not insist on doing something the way we've always done it just because that's the way we've always done it.
  • I will adjust my metrics to only measure that which truly adds customer value.
  • I will talk to my customers and not assume I know what they consider to be of value.
