Not totally sure if this was created for recruiting or internal use but this video is super high quality and well produced. It is also a look into the agile adoption of one particular organization. Worth watching - and passing along to management.

The Tao of Scrum

Michael Spayd recently posted the "complete" Tao of Scrum post that includes the first two posts and the final third segment. There are 15 basic "rules" covering: The Underlying Tao (transparency), The Tao of People (product owner, scrummaster, team), The Tao of Events (release & sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, retrospective), The Tao of Things (product & sprint backlog, product and sprint burndowns) and the Toa of Endings (definition of done).
