Team Members: Tracking at the Individual Level
With Member Planning, teams and members can roll up all work in the current iteration according to the team member who is responsible for it. This allows the team to scan the work allocation total for each member and determine if anyone is overloaded or under-loaded. While Capacity Planning can be used in planning, the Member Load metrics show work load as the iteration continues.

Capacity Planning: Scheduling Project Work
Enterprises that need detailed availability planning by team member can enable the Capacity Planning option in V1: Agile Enterprise. This capability:
- Lets teams account for time members may be away from the project during the iteration for vacations, holidays, training classes, or commitments to other projects or teams.
- Alerts teams if the amount of planned work for the upcoming iteration exceeds the projected capacity for any team member or the entire team as a whole.
