"The workflow VersionOne uses is user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to understand. If you know agile, you understand the application and can move through it quickly. VersionOne works!"

A tight integration between Ideas and Enterprise means new stories can be automatically generated from innovative product ideas and added to the product backlog.
From the Ideas Admin tab in Enterprise, you can easily:
Create multiple public and private forums for each of your products, projects or audiences
Set up categories within forums to gather input the way you choose
Configure the appearance of Ideas by adding your logo, site tracking, links or menu structure to the header and footer
Consolidate customer feedback that is currently tracked in a myriad of disparate tools
Aggregate product input across diverse, large, and/or geographically dispersed customer and employee communities
With Ideas, your customers, prospects, partners and employees can easily:
Add their own ideas directly, ensuring you hear completely unfiltered customer input into product planning - not information that's been passed through Sales, Marketing or Support
Interact with you - and one another to discuss ideas, ask and answer questions and build the community
Drive hot ideas to the top to help you uncover unmet customer needs in your existing product or discover potential new products altogether
Post official comments on an idea which are highlighted to provide answers or ask questions of the original submitter and others who view the idea
Review content users have flagged as inappropriate and easily remove any content deemed offensive
Block users from participating in the community
Product owners can provide customers with full visibility into an idea's status:
Quickly see the popularity of an idea through various tabs such as "Top" or "Hot", letting customers know if their ideas are broadly supported or are perhaps more specific to their own situation
Scan "Planned" ideas that have been accepted into the product backlog
Identify "Completed" ideas that have been formally released, optionally letting product owners tell users which release includes the idea
