SAFe ScrumXP for Teams - SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification

Our two-day SAFe ScrumXP for Teams course goes well beyond Scrum. It teaches Lean thinking tools, roles, processes, and the software engineering practices necessary to achieve the code quality you need to scale Scrum to your enterprise business context. The course is intended for new teams in an enterprise agile adoption program or can be used to re-baseline existing Scrum teams as required for scaling.

Agile Project Management & PMI ACP Prep

If you are seeking an in-depth course on the whats, whys, and hows of Agile project management, this course is for you. You will learn, through a mix of discussion and hands-on activities, what Agile project management is (and isn’t), and will leave with practical, real-world tools for transitioning to agile management practices, planning an agile project, and managing the project to completion. This course covers the tools, techniques, knowledge, skills, domains, and tasks listed in the PMI-ACPSM Examination Content Outline, and may be used to satisfy the 21 contact hours of Agile Project Management education required for initial agile certification.

Agile Bootcamp

The VersionOne Agile Bootcamp is a two-day immersion based agile training experience that is meant to familiarize participants with the concepts, methods and practical techniques of agile software development. From the history of agile and the fundamentals of strategic planning, through story writing, execution and delivery, the Bootcamp has been designed to take teams through the complete cycle of a typical agile development project.

Certified ScrumMaster

This highly interactive, two-day scrum training course has been designed to give you the ability to experience first-hand what it is like to be part of a Scrum team. Learn the "what, why, and how" of Scrum, and be equipped to return to your organization with the knowledge to begin applying the Scrum framework to achieve success. Upon successful completion of this course, and passage of the scrum certification examination, you will be recognized by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Your certification will be registered and includes a one-year Scrum Alliance membership.

Certified Scrum Product Owner

This two-day course will equip you to fulfill the role of Product Owner for a Scrum team. Class attendees will participate in numerous exercises where they will encounter real-world challenges faced by Product Owners, and will learn techniques for responding to those challenges. You’ll leave this course with the knowledge to help your organization deliver higher ROI with higher quality. Upon successful completion of this scrum training course, you will be recognized by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Project Kick-off Workshop

How do we even start a new Agile Project? Who should be involved in Release planning and what input is expected from each role? Our coaches are agile experts who can help you kick off your new Agile Project... We will coach you through the fundamentals of agile Release and Sprint planning by facilitating everything from creating a Vision Statement, Establishing Personas, performing story mapping, and deciding on a release strategy. By the end of day 5, you will have completed your first sprint planning session and be ready to begin your project. Your coach will then return to help facilitate the Sprint Review, Demo, Retrospective, and kick off the next Sprint Planning Session.

Intro to Lean/Kanban

Led by a highly experienced Lean / Agile development coach and VersionOne product expert, this interactive course introduces attendees to the key concepts of kanban and how to apply them in agile teams. The kanban training kicks off with a brief overview and proceeds immediately into an interactive exercise that drives homes the benefits of lean and kanban. The class will discuss agile values, principles and terminology to ensure you have a solid working knowledge of agile best practices.
