White Paper: The Agile Business Analyst
Agile development is having a significant impact on the Business Analyst (BA) community. Agile introduces a significant shift in how BAs look at requirements and when they are defined in the process. Additionally, Agile processes suggest that BAs learn different ways to develop requirements and to manage teams, even proposing that BAs become a more integral, longer-term team member.
Co-authored by two of VersionOne's premier Agile consultants, this paper explores the impact Agile development methodologies are having on the BA community, what new skills are required, and what BAs can do to ease the transition to Agile in their organizations.
