Dave has helped organizations scale agile without sacrificing agile values, and is passionate about having good tooling in place to support and provide visibility into agile initiatives at scale. Dave is pragmatic about agile and lean methods and is passionate about insuring that people are a priority. In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with family, camping adventures, scuba diving and playing tennis.

Jo has more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Her career began with training Space Shuttle astronauts. Jo later moved into software engineering management where she introduced agile practices for Mission Control Center applications, including software currently onboard the International Space Station. With a passion for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo, Jo believes that servant leadership and agile principles and values just make sense and welcomes the opportunity to help organizations optimize their effectiveness. In her free time, Jo enjoys gardening, swimming and outings by the water.

Kelly has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry and 19 years working with agile practices. As an agile program manager, ScrumMaster, agile coach, and VersionOne administrator, Kelly has helped create successful products in the desktop, dot com, and mobile space for the airline, hotel, rental car, rail and cruise industries. As a thought leader, he is always looking to refine processes with continuous improvement while stimulating innovation. Other interests include faith, family, football (both American and soccer), and horses.

Elida is an innovative, customer focused, result oriented coach who is passionate about enabling high performance, in small to large complex cross-functional teams in a sustainable and genuinely fun environment. With over 14 years of combined experience in Technology, Elida has led the delivery of both modern and legacy enterprise systems, with roles as a Senior Systems Developer, Senior Systems Engineer and Project Manager utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. As an Agile Coach she differentiates in the ability to intuitively perceive and resolve team and project issues, risks and impediments, ensure the application of appropriate inspect/adapt feedback loops, and manage complex relationships to nuance the business/technology divide. At BNSF Railway, Elida led the Agile Transformation efforts to establish a thriving agile practice. As a former VersionOne customer, she brings a pragmatic hands-on approach to Agile adoption. Outside of work, Elida enjoys family time, cycling, hiking, and a good book on the balcony of a cruise ship. Elida is also a musician with solo albums to her credit.

Prior to VersionOne, Andy worked as the Manger of Agile Development at CareerBuilder where deployments to production happened daily. During this time, Andy helped create more discipline in the approach to delivery, coaching teams to set reliable customer expectations, and ensure they are working on the right things. Along with coaching, Andy is passionate about learning, creating and engaging with others in the agile community, speaking at various agile conferences and companies sharing experiences. Andy is married, a father of 3 daughters (and 3 dogs), and an avid runner. In addition to the heavy influences from the likes of Mary and Tom Poppendieck, he also credits his experience, passion and commitment while training for races to his success with helping create a more agile organization, where a lot of parallels can be found. Brian has spent over 20 years in software development starting as a Business Analyst and Software Engineer, moving on to Project and Program management and ultimately as an IT Director for a major financial services company. This last role evolved into spending three years as an Enterprise Agile Coach responsible for a 25+ team agile transformation. His primary focus was teaching executives how to change and building programs that supported transforming to incremental, high quality and value focused delivery. Brian is extremely passionate about agile, but is not a zealot and understands that we are always running a business. Personal time is spent in the woods with fly rod or on a mountain bike.
